For our guests who prefer to be a little less close to the ground, we have a 3 bedroom Cottage as well as a 2 bedroom Cottage available for weekly bookings only during July and August with options available in the shoulder seasons as well.

Prices listed below are for 1 family (2 Adults + dependant children under 18) Additional adults are extra – Please call for details.

Check in is between 3 pm -9 pm and Check out is before 11am

2 Bedroom Cottage

$500+HST NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required to book a Cottage. Reservations may be cancelled no later than June 1^st or change date subject to availability within the 2026 Season.
Cancellations – A non refundable deposit is taken at time of reservation. In the event the Campground is closed due to the Pandemic and/or unable to accommodate the reservation; camper will be contacted by the office within 48 hours of the reservation (if possible based on government announcements) and given the opportunity to MOVE the reservation to another date subject to availability within the 2026 camping season.
A $30 pet cleaning fee is charged per dog in Cottage Rentals.
$100 CASH damage deposit is required on check in. This will be refunded on check out if no damage has occurred to Cottage during the guest’s stay.
One car per site, additional vehicle pass available for $15 per night limited spaces are available in the parking lot.
Dogs are a welcomed part of family camping at Red Bay, providing they are leashed at all times, owners follow the poop and scoop policy and that dogs are NOT left unattended in the Cottage or park at any time.
Excessive Noise/Language/Damage Deposit – Campers/Renters/Guests may be subject to a $100.00 cash deposit at the time of check in at the Office. If during the time of the Camper/Renter/Guest stay at Red Bay Tent and Trailer Park they are found by Management to cause excessive noise, offensive language to the Family Camping environment or cause damage to property, surrounding wildlife area or otherwise – will be asked to leave immediately and each member of the site will have forfeit their deposit.

* Beginning January 2022 The Town of South Bruce Peninsula has implemented a Municipal Accommodation Tax (MAT) of 4% on all short term accommodation reservations less than 30 days.

All bookings are subject to a $10 reservation fee

Add 13% HST Tax to all prices. Rates are shown in Canadian dollars. Reservations suggested for camping of any kind. Occupants, receipts and gate access are non-transferable. Please enjoy our facilities at own risk. Recreational Vehicles must have a grey-water & black-water holding tanks and valid and appropriate insurance coverage for travelling/camping with their trailer. Generators not permitted. Rates & rules are subject to change without notice. No refunds.
